Southern California District Council of Laborers
Southern California District Council of Laborers, is a chartered district council of the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA). The District Council has 14 affiliated locals. The objectives of the District Council are to unite the local unions within its jurisdiction in order to advance the economic and other interests of the membership and seek continued improvements in the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreements.
International Union of Operating Engineers Local 12
The International Union of Operating Engineers, Local Union No. 12 was consummated by an executive order of the General President of the International Union of Operating Engineers and approved by the General Executive Board on March 1, 1939.

Western States Regional Council of Carpenters
The Western States Regional Council of Carpenters represents more than 90,000 members in Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Oregon and Alaska. The Carpenters work with developers and elected leaders to raise the standard of building and living for all workers. As an affiliate of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, WSRCC is the largest Council in the Brotherhood and was formed over the years through the consolidation of smaller districts or state councils. The large regional council structure provides greater flexibility to members and employers, optimizes the use of resources, and helps to stabilize the market.

AGC of California represents over 900 Contractor and Specialty Contractor members. The annual construction volume of these members ranges from less than $500,000 to over $100,000,000.
AGC of California is supported by more than 500 Associate members. These Associate members include material suppliers, attorneys, bankers, accountants, insurers, consultants, and other industry-related firms.

The Building Industry Association of Southern California
Established in 1923 as the Building Contractors Association of Southern California. The Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc. (BIASC), has been instrumental in helping the construction industry meet our region’s demand for new housing, infrastructure, and the overall growth every community needs to thrive. BIASC has over 1,050 primary members representing all professions associated with the building industry.
BIASC believes that building and new home construction not only strengthens families, it stabilizes communities and fosters economic prosperity. With new homes and new growth come new schools, new fire stations, parks, cultural centers and more. BIASC members – builders, subcontractors, remodelers, designers, architects, engineers, sales and marketing professionals, law firms, manufacturers and more – all work together to create new and enhance existing communities across Southern California.
